1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 89bd platform and all services, products and features under it. 89bd is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino, slots, live casino and sports betting services for Bangladeshi users.

Creating an account on the platform, logging in, or playing any game means you have accepted all clauses of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any 89bd services.

These Terms apply in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and will be interpreted in light of those laws. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account with 89bd, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account — including name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details — must be completely true and accurate. 89bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential and do not share them with any third party. It is your responsibility to notify the 89bd support team immediately if any unauthorised access to your account occurs. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

89bd may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other documents for identity verification. The withdrawal process may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

Participation in 89bd by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. This is not merely a regulatory requirement — it is our commitment to protecting minors.

If an account holder is found to be under 21, their account will be closed immediately, any deposited funds may not be refundable, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 89bd is ৳300. Supported deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). 89bd only accepts transactions from payment methods registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be longer if identity verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is detected.

If a deposit was made using a particular payment method, a requirement to withdraw through that same method may apply. For bank transfers, the account name and the account holder's name must match.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 89bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted, and cryptocurrency or any other digital currency is not supported.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

89bd monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering and unethical financial activity. 89bd reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction and place the associated account under investigation.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

89bd offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus amount, you must complete wagering of 20× that ৳1,200 bonus, i.e. ৳24,000 in wagers.

The condition for receiving a bonus is that the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning the funds won from the bonus become withdrawable only after placing total bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount using those bonus funds. The bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.

5.2 VIP Cashback

89bd's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%) and Gold (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses. For example, if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts, using false identities or any other unethical means will result in the relevant account being cancelled and all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

89bd reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms, validity periods or amounts at any time. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.

6 Gaming Rules and Restrictions

6.1 Game Selection and Availability

89bd offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, card games and sports betting. Content from leading game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe is available on the platform. Certain games may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or other reasons.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 89bd reserves the right to impose betting limits on specific accounts when necessary.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or server issue occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided and the bet amount will be refunded. If an unusually large win is displayed due to a technical error, 89bd will review it and make a decision.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket tournaments. Odds are variable and bets are accepted up until the match begins. For live betting, odds are updated in real time.

7 Security and Privacy

89bd uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. Our servers undergo regular security checks and a system is in place to automatically detect suspicious activity.

8 User Code of Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Playing games using bots, scripts or other automated methods
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to hack or steal another user's account information
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software
• Gaining financial advantage through false identity or fraud
• Conducting money laundering or unethical financial activity

8.2 Communication Etiquette

Use polite and respectful language when contacting the support team via live chat or email. Use of abusive, threatening or offensive language may result in a temporary suspension of service.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

9.2 Suspension by 89bd

89bd may suspend or cancel any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraud or unethical activity
• Provision of false identity or information
• Due to legal obligations
• Bonus abuse

In the event of a suspension, 89bd reserves the right to hold the balance until the investigation is complete. If the account holder is found to be innocent after the investigation, the balance will be released.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming harmful to you, make use of the Self-exclusion option. By contacting the support team, your account can be locked for a set period or permanently.

10 Limitation of Liability

89bd is committed to providing uninterrupted service as far as possible, but service may occasionally be disrupted due to technical reasons, server outages, internet connectivity issues or other unavoidable circumstances. 89bd will not be liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

89bd is also not liable for any loss caused by issues with the user's own internet connection or device. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and no outcome can be predicted in advance.

Users use 89bd's services voluntarily and at their own risk. The user bears full responsibility for any gains or losses from gaming.

11 Changes and Updates to Terms

89bd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes, and the new terms will take effect from the relevant date.

If you continue to use 89bd after changes are made, it will be assumed that you have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore advisable to check this page regularly.

If any specific clause becomes invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to have full effect.
